NZ Urban Delivery: Up to 5 Working Days from dispatch
NZ Rural Delivery: Allow an additional 2 days on above timeframe
Please note all Gas is shipped as a dangerous good and may take additional processing time. Gas may also be shipped separately from other items ordered. Please see your packing slip for more detail.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on working days. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

We operate Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched the following week.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping is as follows New Zealand-wide:

Standard Shipping: $7.00
Rural Delivery: $12 (Standard +$5)

Orders over $150: FREE

We do not ship outside New Zealand.

As we ship by courier we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If your address is rural, please ensure you select the correct shipping method. Incorrect selection may result in a delay in your order being dispatched.
